Tropical Smoothie Bowl with Mango and Banana

Ingredients

200mL Eastcoast Jive Mango & Banana Nectar
1 large banana, sliced and frozen
½ large mango, sliced and frozen
1 passionfruit
2 strawberries, sliced
½ kiwifruit, sliced
2 teaspoons coconut flakes

Method

In a blender, add the Mango & Banana Nectar, frozen banana, frozen mango, and half of the passionfruit pulp.

Blend until smooth and thick.

This may require occasionally stirring the contents of the blender, or adding another tablespoon of Mango & Banana Nectar.

Pour the contents of the blender into a serving bowl.

Garnish with the remaining passionfruit pulp, strawberry, kiwifruit and coconut to serve.

This lemonade is the best, tastiest, refreshing and well produced, ever I have tasted.
