Mangrove Mojito:
Muddle 4 x Lime Wedges with 4 x Mint Leaves
Add 60ml sugar syrup, 15ml lime juice, 60ml Bacardi Rum
Shake with ice and then dump in the glass
Top with Soda water
Add lime wheel and mint sprig for decoration
Jingle Jive:
Muddle Strawberries
Add 15ml Bacardi Rum, 90mls Jive and 10mls Peach Schnapps
Shake over ice
Decorate with sliced strawberry to finish
Lentini Bellini:
Mix 30mls prosecco, and 90mls guava juice
Fun in the Orchard:
Mix 30ml of vodka, 30ml peach schnapps, 90mls OJ and 90mls of Cranberry Juice
Shake over ice and decorate with orange wheel
