Apple, coconut and almond bircher muesli

Ingredients

1¼ cups oats

½ cup flaked coconut

½ cup slivered almonds

¼ cup mixed seeds

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

350mL Eastcoast cloudy apple juice

½ cup plain yoghurt

1 apple, sliced

½ cup mixed berries

Method

In a mixing bowl, place the oats, coconut, almond, seeds and cinnamon.

Pour the apple juice into the bowl, and mix to combine.

Place in the fridge to soak overnight, or for at least one hour.

To serve, divide the muesli among two bowls, and top with yoghurt, apple and berries.

Serves 2.
 

I'm just a simple consumer, have had the pineapple juice, delicious!   Last week tried the lemon juice - what could be better on a hot day (or a cold day for that matter).  Thank you for such delicious juices and for being an Australian company.
